EducationI recently graduated from Loyola University Maryland in May 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Global Studies (double major).
ExperienceOver the past two summers, I have worked as an Italian remediation instructor for high school summer classes.
Likewise, I have worked as a tutor at Loyola Maryland for the past three years, specifically in Economics, Italian, and Chinese (mandarin) courses. I am also College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA) certified.
I have also traveled to Italy 5 times for a total of 2 months and studied abroad in Beijing, China for 10 months during my junior year of college.
HobbiesAt Loyola, I am involved with Student Government, through which I organize social events and represent my classmates' needs before administrators. Likewise, I am part of the Evergreen Orientation Staff, which serves the Loyola community by running orientations and meeting regularly with a group of freshmen throughout their first semester to make them feel comfortable in the college environment. As an orientation leader, I have also received training focused on team-building exercises, leadership techniques, and group facilitation.
I am originally from New Jersey, so I am a Yankee and Giants fan. My hobbies include pick-up soccer, baseball, and football games. I also enjoy comedy films and TV series.
